Eddy current modules can measure non-conductive coatings on non-ferrous metals including paint, anodising, vitreous enamel, plastic, epoxy, varnish power coating, glass fibre, rubber etc. on aluminium, copper, brass, austentitic (non-magnetic) stainless steel, and other similar materials.



Operating temperature: 0 - 50°C (32 - 120°F).



Minimum substrate thickness:

Ferrous*: 0.3 mm (12 mils).

Non ferrous: 0.1 mm (4 mils).

(*with 2 point calibration 1 mm for ±1 % accuracy over probe range).



Measuring range: 0 - 1500 µm.



Resolution steps:

0,1 µm (0 - 200 µm).

0,05 µm (200 - 500 µm).

1,0 µm (500 - 1500 µm).



Accuracy: ±1 % or ±1 µm.
