Electromagnetic induction is suitable for ferrous metal substrates and can be used for any non-magnetic coating on a magnetic metal base. This includes paint, electroplating, galvanising, hard chrome, sprayed metal, powder coating, plastic, epoxy, rubber etc. on substrates such as steel, cast iron, or ferritic and duplex stainless steel.
Straight probe CF2R are ideal for taking readings where access is restrictedand is compatible with any F gauge 456C
